Flavours of Malaysia Food festival will serve an array of exotic, succulent, spicy and aromatic dishes over the two week food festival.
The Grace Hotel will be hosting Flavours of Malaysia, a culinary celebration of Malaysia from 25th September to 12th October. The Grace Brasserie will be transformed into an aromatic hub with the help of four Malaysian chefs who have prepared the menus and will be flown in from Kuala Lumpur especially for the event. Dine and go in the draw to win a number of great prizes including a grand prize of a trip for two to Malaysia or the runners up prize of a luxury weekend escape at The Grace Hotel.
This spring, Head Chef Tan Kok Siong and his team will highlight specialty dishes from Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Perak. Guests will enjoy well-loved local recipes, authentic specialties and traditional food of the regions all in a decadent buffet style. This buffet will be available for lunch from Tuesday to Friday as well as Sunday and dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.
Dine during the food festival and go in the draw to win a number of terrific prizes including the grand prize of a return trip for two to Kuala Lumpur flying Malaysia Airlines. This prize also includes three nights in the newly renovated Mederka wing room at the centrally located Federal Kuala Lumpur.
